Dude in New York Bowls Three Rare Perfect 300s in a Row and has Video Proof!
I don’t get it. How does he do it?
Joe Novara, 26, of East Patchogue, New York, threw three perfect 300s in a row making him the 33rd person ever in the history of bowling to throw a 900 series. It’s like the holy grail of bowling.
Deadspin posted this story when a reader named Mitchell sent in an email because he thought his buddy Joe deserved a little recognition for his crazy accomplishment.
It reads as follows:
My boss and friend shot a PERFECT 900 Series 3 Consecutive 300 Games in bowling tonight at East Islip Lanes in East Islip. This is the first 900 in Long Island History, and there have only been 34 PERFECT series recorded in the history of sanctioned bowling. He deserves some sort of recognition. I have a video to prove it. He averages nearly 240 per game everywhere he bowls and just bought his first pro shop over the summer. Joe Novara of East Patchogue, NY Age 26. A perfect 900 series is extremely rare and takes an insane amount of skill and luck to happen.
That’s literally 36 strikes in a row. I think my best score is somewhere around
There’s a video from a few months back, just prior to his 900 series, where he broke the house record at another New York alley where he bowled a 300, 280, 300. C’mon.
Then, just a couple days ago with cameras rolling he did it. The perfect 900.
Yeah, I also caught that this kid is the boss of someone or some people and that he has apparently just opened a pro shop over the summer. I wanted to dive into that, too, but decided to just keep this one cool.
Instead I’m just going to let him enjoy his moment.
