Kevin Hart donates $250k to Public Schools in Philadelphia
Kevin Hart is one of the biggest names in comedy on the planet. He’s done arena tours and produced his own stand-up concert films which have grossed millions of dollars. The star has never forgotten the city where he came from, Philadelphia. Hart posted a video on Wednesday announcing that he will be donating $250,000 to the public school districts there to help them buy new computers.
After many budget cuts, the School District of Philadelphia lost nearly 3,000 staff members and now only have limited funds, which have affected various aspects of their public schools.
He will also visit some of the schools the donation will go towards helping.
